1. Introduction & Binding Agreement
Welcome to TAK SUPER BEST ENTERPRISES (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating via https://taksuperbestenterprises.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, physical distribution networks, products, and services.
By accessing our site, setting up an account, or purchasing products across any of our departments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy. These terms are established in strict compliance with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) and applicable commercial laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
To register an account or purchase goods through our online store, you must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal capacity under Nigerian law. If you register or place an order on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and restricting access to your account. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Product Category Specific Conditions
TAK SUPER BEST ENTERPRISES supplies multiple product categories, each subject to specific handling and inspection guidelines prior to or upon delivery:
- Electronics, Home Appliances & Solar Equipment: All consumer electronics, appliances, and solar items (such as TVs, Fridges, ACs, Cookers, Blenders, Solar Fans, and Lights) must be operated according to standard manufacturer guidelines. Professional installation is required for systems like Air Conditioners and Solar installations. Faults caused by unauthorized installation will void warranty remedies.
- Motorcycles, Tricycles & Automotive: All utility vehicles (including Bajaj and Honda motorcycles and Keke Napep tricycles) are subject to pre-registration inspection. Registration with regulatory bodies (VIO/FRSC) or customer modifications limits full returns, except where hidden manufacturer defects are proven.
- Construction Materials & Block-Molding Products: Due to heavy logistics, molded concrete blocks and structural building materials must be inspected for quality and quantity upon delivery at the customer’s site prior to offloading.
- Provisions & FMCG: Sealed consumer goods and provisions cannot be returned once unsealed, except in cases of damage or expiration prior to handover.
4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All returns, replacements, cancellations, and statutory refund remedies are strictly governed by our dedicated Refund & Return Policy. By completing a transaction on our site, you agree to the timelines, logistics responsibility terms, restocking provisions, and procedures outlined in that policy.
5. Pricing & Payment Processing
All prices listed on our platform are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). We reserve the right to modify prices for products or delivery fees at any time without prior notice. However, orders already confirmed and paid for will not be impacted by price adjustments.
All online orders are processed securely through Paystack. By submitting payment details, you authorize us and Paystack to process the total order amount, including applicable shipping fees and taxes.
6. Delivery & Risk Transfer
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon physical delivery or depot pickup. You or your designated agent must verify deliveries upon arrival before signing off on logistics receipts.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, product descriptions, images, site design, and graphic banners—is the property of TAK SUPER BEST ENTERPRISES or its brand suppliers and is protected under Nigerian copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
TAK SUPER BEST ENTERPRISES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse, improper installation by third parties, weather exposure to delivered building materials, or road usage of registered vehicles, beyond the statutory remedies guaranteed under the FCCPA and our Refund & Return Policy.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms shall first be referred to our dispute resolution desk for internal mediation before seeking formal legal recourse.
